What We’re Loving
Sales Associate Mason is loving Cushing’s Beard Oil by Cushing’s Barber Shop. He says “It makes my beard soft and smell nice.” Gotta love those directions, too.
Are you an innovative spirit with a desire to constantly improve systems & procedures? Are you positive & friendly at all times? Homespun is currently accepting applications for a Sales Floor Manager and Sales Associate!
The right candidate for our Sales Floor Manager role has previous customer service experience, leadership/management experience, time management & organizational skills, and some college-level training. Knowledge of visual merchandising in a retail environment is highly desired, but not required. Upon hire, the sales floor manager would be responsible for employee training and development, opening & closing the store when scheduled, working off-site events when necessary, and general administrative support to store owner as needed. This role directs all sales floor operations, including cash handling, visual merchandising, and daily/weekly operational tasks.
Our Sales Associates provide excellent customer service for clients and essential coverage for the sales floor, while assisting with sales floor tasks, special projects, and merchandising. This position is so important for the proper operation of a retail environment. If you are looking for something part-time (up to 25 hours) and can work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), please come by the store with your resume and 3 professional references. This is a wonderful position for anyone wanting to work in a creative environment while gaining sales experience, and there’s always potential for promotion and growth.
If you’re interested in either of these positions, come in during store hours to fill out an application and drop off a résumé with three professional references. We’d love you to join our team!
