Did March sneak up on you too? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our ICYMI blog, filling you in on all our store happenings for the week!
Tonight: First Friday featuring Jessica Kramer
Every month, Homespun: Modern Handmade hosts a celebration in collaboration with iDADA’s First Friday events. Our shows change every other month with various artists showcasing work in painting, illustration, photography, ceramics, and so much more.
For the months of March and April, we’ll be featuring the work of local artist, Jessica Kramer. Once Removed is a collection of monotypes on paper inspired by Jessica’s late mother’s paintings. The series, through both technique and subject, explores grief, beauty, and the distance of memory.
We hope you can join us during Jessica’s First Friday Gallery Opening in store today from 6pm-8pm! We’ll be toasting to this beautiful work with treats and drinks in store as well. To learn more about tonight’s First Friday event, head here.
